shareholders are advised that Mr James Gurney has been appointed as an alternate director to
Mr Marco Wentzel, with effect from 12 June 2017.
Mr Gurney (46) holds a BSc (Honours) in Geochemistry from the University of Cape Town. He is the
co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the MS Group of Companies and has over 20 years’
experience as a consultant to diamond exploration and development projects.
