TERMINATION OF TRANSFER SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that the Company's Transfer Secretary, Terbium Financial
Services("Terbium"), has given notice to the Company of the termination of their
appointment as Transfer Secretary.
Terbium's termination of their services comes after their internal review and
consultation within their management.
Oakbay Resources is in the process of identifying and appointing a new Transfer
Secretary. The effective date of Terbium's termination shall not be earlier than 31
July 2017 and shareholders will be advised in due course as to developments in this
regard.
