ESKOM NOTICE
Eskom Chairman, Dr Baldwin Ngubane has resigned with immediate effect from 12 June
2017. Minister Lynne Brown has accepted the resignation and Mr Zethembe Khoza has
been appointed into the acting position until further notice. Mr Khoza possesses solid
business experience having held various senior management positions; he has sufficient
understanding of Eskom as a business, having acted as Group Chief Executive previously.
