Exxaro shareholders are advised that negotiations relating to the unwind of the Company’s
existing BEE transaction and the proposed terms of the replacement BEE transaction are still
ongoing as referred to the announcements released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the
JSE Limited on 22 November 2016, 23 February 2017 and 3 May 2017.
Continued caution should be exercised when dealing in Exxaro shares.
