CHANGE TO THE BARCLAYS AFRICA BOARD
Shareholders are advised that, pursuant to the sell-down of shares in Barclays Africa by
Barclays PLC, Ashok Vaswani will step down as non-executive director from the Board
of Barclays Africa with effect from 30 June 2017.
Ashok has been a member of the Board (as nominee of Barclays PLC), since March
2013 and a member of the Information Technology Committee, as well as a permanent
attendee of the Group Audit and Compliance Committee.
