NOTIFICATION OF INCREASE IN THE AGGREGATE NOMINAL AMOUNT OF THE
DMTN PROGRAMME
Noteholders are hereby advised of the increase in the aggregate
nominal amount of Liberty Group’s Domestic Medium Term Note
(DMTN) Programme from ZAR5,000,000,000 to ZAR7,000,000,000,
effective from 1 June 2017.
Liberty Group has issued a nominal of ZAR4,500,000,000 under the
existing DMTN Programme. The programme has been increased to
enable Liberty to issue further debt instruments as part of its
capital and debt management programme.
