UPDATE TO THE DEALINGS IN SECURITIES ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 19 June 2017 regarding
the sale of 5 000 000 shares by Group CEO Andrew McLachlan at 85 cents.
Further to the above, shareholders are advised that the shares were sold effectively as security
for one of the retirement properties and shares will be returned within a year at the same
consideration of 85 cents per share.
