Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited wishes to advise bondholders that the annual financial statements of the
Issuer and Daimler AG (“Daimler” or “the Guarantor”), as the guarantor to the ZAR35 000 000 000 Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme dated 21 December 2015, for the year ended 31 December 2016 are available
for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer.
