TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised
that Resilient has received a notice, in compliance with section 122 of the Companies Act,
2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto, that The Siyakha Education Trust has
decreased its beneficial interest in Resilient’s issued shares to 9.94%.
