DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, ZCI shareholders are
advised of the resignation of non-executive director Professor John Lungu, with effect from 23 June 2017
from the board of directors of ZCI (“the Board”). The Chairman of ZCI would like to thank Professor Lungu,
for the significant contribution he has made to the Company since joining the Board on 30 April 2014, and
wishes him well in his future endeavors.
