As announced on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited (the “JSE”) on 9 June 2017, all of the
issued ordinary shares of NEPI Rockcastle will be listed by introduction on the Main Board of the JSE under
ISIN: IM00BDD7WV31 (the “listing”), pursuant to the merger of New Europe Property Investments plc and
Rockcastle Global Real Estate Company Limited.
Investors are advised that the JSE share code of NEPI Rockcastle will be NRP, and not NRO as previously
announced.
