NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended
28 February 2017, posted on 28 June 2017, are unchanged from the reviewed condensed provisional
consolidated financial statements which were released on SENS on 18 May 2017. The 2017 Integrated
Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting (including a ‘Form of proxy’) can now be viewed
via the internet on Afrimat’s website www.afrimat.co.za under ‘Investor relations – Financials’.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Afrimat Limited will be held at the Century City
Conference Centre (Room 11), No. 4 Energy Lane, Century City, Cape Town on Wednesday, 2 August
2017 at 14:00. The last date to trade and record date to be entitled to attend and to vote at the annual
general meeting is Tuesday, 25 July 2017 and Friday, 28 July 2017, respectively. The notice of the
annual general meeting is issued with the integrated annual report.
