CREDIT RATING ANNOUNCEMENT
The Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that Moody’s Investor
Services (“Moody’s) has on 14th June 2017 amended the credit rating
assigned to certain tranches of notes issued and outstanding under
the Issuer’s asset-backed note programme.
The national Scale rating assigned to the Class B1, Class B2 and
Class B3 notes was upgraded to Aaa.za(sf) from Aa2.za(sf).
