In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Redefine Properties Limited (“Redefine”) has notified
Delta that it has disposed all of its interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total
beneficial interest held by Redefine now amounts to 0% of the total issued Delta securities.
