VOLUNTARY QUARTERLY UPDATE ON THE SUSPENSION OF THE COMPANY
In accordance with paragraph 1.6 of the JSE Listings Requirements which deals with
the suspension of a company’s securities by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange
(“JSE”), shareholders are provided with an update on the Company’s status below.
Shareholders are advised that the Company has been informed that
Gert Louwrens Steyn De Wet & Fusi Patrick Rampoporo were appointed as Joint
Liquidators. The Company was Liquidated by Order of the Court on
15 December 2016.
It is expected that the listing will be terminated by the JSE and the salient dates
will be announced in due course.
The Company remains under cautionary as separately announced, therefore
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
