CHANGES TO THE RISK COMMITTEE
In compliance with section 3.59 (c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Non-executive director, Shane Trevor Ferguson has stepped down as chairman of
the Risk Committee with immediate effect but will remain as a member of the Risk
Committee; and
Independent non-executive director, Johan Louis Botha has been appointed as
chairman of the Risk Committee with immediate effect.
