CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
6 December 2016.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Christopher John
Cory has retired as an Executive Director and Chief Executive
Officer of Assore with effect from 30 June 2017. The board thanks
Mr Cory for his contribution to the Assore group and wishes him
all the best for the future.
In addition, Assore is pleased to announce that Mr Charles Edward
Walters has been appointed as an Executive Director and Chief
Executive Officer with effect from 1 July 2017.
