CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Trustco shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Company has entered into
advanced negotiations with a third party to conclude a transaction, upon implementation of
which, the third party will acquire Trustco shares (“Transaction”). It is expected that the
agreement will be concluded within two weeks of this announcement.
The Transaction, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities. Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement regarding the Transaction
is made.
