PARTIAL DELISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 1,600,000 debentures. The de-
listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 15,207.036 fine troy ounces of gold
bullion.
Following the de-listing there will be 114,477,939 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,088,043.849 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
