PUBLICATION OF YEAR END RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Company is making progress with the finalisation of the
audit of Visual. The delay in publication of the results was due to changes to key personnel
in the Finance function after year end, as well as a late change in auditors to Grant
Thornton in March 2017 following the former auditors advising the Company that they
were not going to renew their JSE accreditation. Results are anticipated to be published
by the end of July 2017.
