CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listing Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Dr Wynoma Michaels has
been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board of
Kaap Agri, with effect from 1 August 2017.
Dr Michaels is a business and management consultant. She started her
career as a scientist and obtained a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from
Stellenbosch University. She gained business experience as a consultant
in the agriculture and food and beverage sectors, as well in the service
industry.
The board welcomes the appointment of Dr Michaels and looks forward to
her contribution.
