Further to the announcement dated 26 May 2017, shareholders are advised that the Company is still
exploring a material disposal transaction which, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the
price of the Company’s securities. This anticipated corporate activity is in keeping with MICROmega’s
strategic decision.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
