CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
The board is pleased to announce that Adv. Mahlape Sello has been
appointed as a member of the risk and remuneration and human
resources committees with effect from 4 July 2017. Audrey Mothupi
has been appointed as a member of the audit and risk committees
with effect from 4 July 2017.
As Prof. Marian Jacobs has assumed the chair of the newly
established clinical governance and safety committee, she will no
longer serve as a member of the remuneration and human resources
committee with effect from 4 July 2017.
