RESULTS OF SPECIAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the circular to shareholders dispatched on 9 June 2017 relating to the proposed reduction of
the Company’s stated capital to increase its distributable reserves under the provisions of section 62 of the Mauritian
Companies Act and are advised that at the special meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday, 11 July 2017 (in terms of
the notice of special meeting), the special resolution tabled at the meeting was passed by the requisite majority of New
Frontier shareholders.
Details of the results of voting at the special meeting are as follows:
- total number of New Frontier shares that could have been voted at the special meeting: 152,774,750
- total number of New Frontier shares that were present/represented at the special meeting: 115,290,756, being
75.46% of the total number of New Frontier shares that could have been voted at the special meeting.
