DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING IN LIBERTY HOLDINGS PREFERENCE SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, shareholders are advised
that Mr Ivor Berger has notified Liberty Holdings that it he has acquired an
additional beneficial interest in preference shares of the Company, such that the
total beneficial interest in preference shares is currently 15.47 percent of the
total issued preference shares.
