Shareholders are advised that Fortress has received a notice, in compliance with section 122 of
the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto, that the
Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited has increased its beneficial interest in Fortress’
issued B ordinary shares to 10.001%.
