DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of Top 50 securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
30 June 2017. The distribution of 7.56745 cents per Top 50 security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 6.14709 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 1.22942 cents
Resultant net dividend 4.91767 cents
Gross REIT Distribution 0.67991 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
Non-residents:
Local Dividends withholding Tax (20%) 0.13598 cents
Net dividend 0.54393 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 0.74045 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 0.14809 cents
Resultant net dividend 0.59236 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of Top 50 securities who were recorded in the register on 30
June 2017 and will be paid on 20 July 2017.
