CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited (“the Manager”)
DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of CoreShares EWTop40 securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of
the quarter ended 30 June 2017. The distribution of 29.77898 cents per CoreShares EWTop40 security
will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 21.33924 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 4.26785 cents
Resultant net dividend 17.07139 cents
Gross REIT Distribution 3.44450 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
Non-residents:
Local Dividends withholding Tax (20%) 0.68890 cents
Net dividend 2.75560 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 4.99524 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 0.99905 cents
Resultant net dividend 3.99619 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of CoreShares EWTop40 securities who were recorded in
the register on 30 June 2017 and will be paid on 20 July 2017.
