FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE ACQUISITION OF MICROS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 10 May 2017 regarding the acquisition of Micros (and
using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated), shareholders are advised that, following receipt of
approval of the composite transaction from the Competition Authorities, all conditions precedent have now
been fulfilled and the acquisition of Micros has become unconditional.
The effective date of the acquisition will be 1 July 2017.
