Tiso Blackstar announces that, in accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed that Mr Richard Thompson Wight (“Tom”) has
resigned from his position as non-executive director from 20 July 2017.
