DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN THE COMPANY
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Coronation
Asset Management (Pty) Ltd has acquired ordinary shares in the company and
its total beneficial interest now amounts to 15.08% of the total number of
ordinary shares in issue.
Formal notification has been received from Coronation Asset Management (Pty)
Ltd and the company will file the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
