Further to the cautionary announcement dated 9 June 2017, shareholders are advised that a circular,
including details of the distribution of capital to shareholders and voluntary liquidation of the Company
is currently being prepared and is expected to be distributed to shareholders on or about 21 August
2017.
As the quantum of the distribution is still in the process of being determined, shareholders are advised
to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement
is made.
