In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Krishni Pillay has resigned as Lead Independent Director and Independent Non-
Executive Director with effect from 29 June 2017. Mr Hendrik Jacobus Le Grange has resigned as
Group Financial Director with effect from 31 July 2017 and has been appointed as a Non-Executive
Director with effect from 1 August 2017.
The board thanks Krishni Pillay for her services to the board and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
