APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER TO THE SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements the
following is advised:
Dr. Theuns Eloff, an independent non-executive director and
chairman of the board of Astral Foods, has been appointed as
member of the Social and Ethics Committee with effect from 25
July 2017. His appointment is in line with Principle 8 of the
King IV Code on Corporate Governance.
