CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
With reference to the article published on Miningmx today, 28 July 2017, security holders of
RBPlat are advised that the company has, in line with its growth strategy, submitted a conditional
non-binding expression of interest in respect of a potential transaction with Platinum Group Metals
Limited (PTM) relating to its Maseve business.
The company has entered into discussions in this regard, which if successfully concluded may
have a material effect on the company’s securities. Accordingly, security holders are advised to
exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
