With reference to the article published on Miningmx on 28 July 2017, security holders of RBPlat
are advised that the company has, in line with its growth strategy, submitted a conditional non-
binding expression of interest in respect of a potential transaction with Platinum Group Metals
Limited (PTM) relating to its Maseve business.
The company has entered into discussions in this regard, which if successfully concluded may
have a material effect on the company’s securities. Accordingly, security holders are advised to
exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
