Announcement In Respect Of Further Extension Of The Filing Of The Abridged Audited Annual Financial Statements
For The Year Ended 28 February 2017
Further to the communique dated 02 June 2017 on SEM, the company wishes to inform the public that it is not in
a position to fulfil its obligation with regards to Listing Rule 12.14 concerning the filing of its abridged
audited annual financial statements by the prescribed deadline as envisaged.
Various encumbrances including the recent restructuring, the dual listing on the AltX of the JSE and the fact
that the subsidiaries are in different locations have created unforeseeable delays.
However, SEM has acceded to a further extension to 31 August 2017 and the company hereby commits to file its
abridged audited annual financial statements on or before the prescribed deadline.
