In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, AdBEE shareholders are advised that the Company has received formal
notification that Centaur Asset Management (Pty) Limited (“Centaur”) has, in aggregate, acquired a beneficial
interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total of all beneficial interests in AdBEE’s ordinary
shares held by the Centaur amounts to 6% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
