Shareholders are referred to the previous announcement released on SENS on 25 July 2017, detailing a
quarterly distribution by Ashburton Top 40 ETF to holders of Ashburton Top 40 ETF Securities.
Furthermore, security holders are advised of the following clarification regarding the disclosures in lieu of
other income set out therein:
