UPDATE ON THE SALE OF THE RAYTON PROPERTY, CESSION AND TRANSFER
OF THE MINING RIGHT AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 24 July 2017 regarding the disposal of
the Rayton property and cession and transfer of the mining right (“Transaction”).
The JSE has ruled that the Transaction is a category 2 transaction. Accordingly shareholders
are no longer required to exercise caution in dealing in the Company’s securities on the JSE.
