In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the resignation of Ms Nosipho Siwisa Damasane from the board with
immediate effect. Ms Damasane has accepted a full time senior executive position with
a major listed company.
Ms Damasane served as an independent non-executive director on the board and as a
member of the Audit & Risk committee and Nomination Committee and as Chairperson
of the Social & Ethics committee.
The Chairman and Board express their appreciation for her valued contribution and
guidance and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
Further appointments to the board will be announced in due course.
