CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Ms. Tina Eboka has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2017.
Tina served on the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) as an Independent Non-executive
Director since her appointment in 2013. She was a member of the Remuneration and Nominations
Committee and, until 28 February 2017, a member of the Social and Ethics Committee.
The Chairman and the Board expresses their appreciation for her valued contribution and guidance and
wish Tina all the best in her future endeavours.
