CHANGE IN NATURE OF AN ASSOCIATE’S HOLDINGS OF THE COMPANY’S SECURITIES
Shareholders are advised that on 8 August 2017 The Gusi Trust (“Gusi Trust”) agreed to dispose of 222 384 168
Heriot ordinary shares (“Heriot shares”) to Heriot Investments Proprietary Limited (“Heriot Investments”) at a
price of R10.00 per share (for a total value of R2 223 841 680). Both Gusi Trust and Heriot Investments are
associates of Steven Herring, a director of Heriot. After this transaction, there is no change in the indirect
beneficial interests of Steven’s interest in Heriot shares. The transaction was conducted off-market and clearance
to deal was obtained. The effective date of the transaction is 14 August 2017.
