CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ms Audrey Mothupi has informed the board that a business she has a significant interest in, has entered into
a joint-venture partnership with an international technology company with offerings similar to that of EOH.
In view of the conflict of interest, Ms Mothupi has accordingly tendered her resignation as a Non-Executive
Director of the EOH Board with effect from 31 August 2017.
The Board wishes to thank Ms Mothupi for her contribution to the Board.
