Amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements – Green Segment
The JSE has made amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the “Debt Requirements”)
relating to the requirements for listing on the Green Segment of the Interest Rate Market.
Pursuant to Board Notice 142 of 2017 as published in the Government Gazette No.41037, the
effective date of the amendments to the Debt Requirements will be 12 September 2017.

The JSE is working with its publisher to prepare a Bulletin to the Debt Requirements which will
incorporate these amendments.
