CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Talana Smith (“Talana”) has notified the
Board of her intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 31 August 2017 in
order to pursue and opportunity in the property industry.
The Board thanks Talana for her valuable contribution in the short period of time that she
has been with the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
The board will commence with the process of appointing a new financial director and
shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.
