The trading statement is published in compliance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE

Shareholders are advised that the Company is reasonably certain that its results for
the year ended 30 June 2017 will reflect the following:

As previously reported in the unaudited interim financial results, all operating
divisions have performed well despite difficult market conditions.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company's
auditors. The Company's reviewed financial results for the year ended 30 June 2017
are expected to be published on SENS on or about 7 September 2017.
