TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Holdsport received formal
notification on 11 August 2017 that Truffle Asset Managers (Pty) Limited (“Truffle”), on behalf
of their segregated clients, have, in aggregate, acquired a portion of interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company
held by Truffle increased to 5.04% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
