RESULTS OF VOTING IN RESPECT OF SECTION 60 RESOLUTIONS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement, dated 4 August 2017, which related to a circular
containing certain amendments to the Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation (“Amendments”) and
advising that the directors had resolved to submit the requisite special resolution to approve such
Amendments to the shareholders for their written consent in terms of section 60 of the Companies Act.
Shareholders are advised that, as at the date of this announcement, the Amendments have been
approved in writing by the requisite majority of shareholders (i.e. 75%). The Amendments will become
binding once the relevant special resolution has been accepted for registration by CIPC.
