RP014 AMENDED PRICING SUPPLEMENT
Investors are hereby advised that, pursuant to obtaining noteholder consent, the terms and conditions of
the pricing supplement have been amended to include the following wording under the Floating Rate Note
provisions of the applicable pricing supplement:
“24 (g) Should, with the consent of the Noteholders, Interest not paid on an Interest Payment Date, the
Interest will be capitalised.”
